- Preserves 450 g (450 g) every 2 months
- Tea 60 g (not really sticking to this!)
- Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
- Sweets/Candy 335 g (335 g) every 4 weeks
Breakfast – Honey Yokebe with whole milk
Lunch – Sweet and Spicy cup a soup and seeded bread (soup is 166 calories)
Dinner - Onion Soup with Cheese Crouton
Snacks/Supper – Salad and coleslaw
Drinks – Water x 11, tea x 3
Tena Maxi Night x 3, Tena Extra Plus x 2
