    Breakfast – Honey and chocolate Yokebe with whole milk

    Lunch – Wild Mushroom cup-a-soup, seeded bread

    Dinner – Cauliflower cheese

    Snacks/Supper –  Quorn peppered beef on seeded bread, Jacob's Ciabatta with Port Salut

    Drinks – Water x 7, tea x 3
