  • Tea 60 g (not really sticking to this!)
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
  • Sweets/Candy 335 g (335 g) every 4 weeks

Breakfast – Honey and chocolate Yokebe with whole milk

Lunch – Pea and Mint cup-a-soup, seeded bread, wholemeal bread

Dinner – Quorn mince, onion, gravy, mash, peas

Snacks/Supper –  Quorn Peppered Beef on seeded bread, Port Salut cheese on Jacob's Ciabatta

Drinks – Water x 7, tea x 5
