  • Tea 60 g (not really sticking to this!)
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
  • Sweets/Candy 335 g (335 g) every 4 weeks

Breakfast – Yokebe and milk

Lunch – Mushroom cup-a-soup with bread

Dinner - Cauliflower cheese

Snacks/Supper –  crisps x 2, Quorn peppered beef on seeded bread

Drinks – Water x 11, tea x 1, red wine, bourbon
