Lunch – spicy mushrooms on wholemeal bap

Dinner – Quorn roast, roast potato, roast parsnip, brusselsprouts

Snacks – bread (oat and linseed) and butter, bread and cheese

Drinks – water, tea x 3, diet coke, red wine, bourbon

Okay busted on the cheese front this week! Starting afresh tomorrow.
