  • Milk 3.5 pints (3.0 pints)
  • Sugar 8 oz (8 oz)
  • Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
  • Tea 2 oz (not really sticking to this!)
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
  • Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (11 oz)

Lunch – mushroom cup-a-soup with seeded bread

Dinner – Quorn Thai Green Curry and rice

Snack – 2 slices of seeded bread with Quorn Turkey and Sage

Drinks – water, tea x 3, diet coke (2 pints)

 

02.30 this morning so much pain/spasms that I put the light on and read for an hour then started to get up at 09.30 as I wasn't sleeping, finally got downstairs at 10.45. Bloods all came back okay – so just the pain that makes me shattered all the time 😦
