Lunch - Jacket potato with Cheese and Branston, salad and coleslaw (classed as a British Restaurant Meal)
Dinner – Quorn Thai Green Curry and rice
Snack – 2 slices of seeded bread with Quorn Turkey and Sage
Drinks – water, tea x 1, beer, red wine
No sleep, went out to get my hair done, no energy
