  • Cheese 8 oz (8 oz)
  • Cooking fat 4 oz (1.5 oz)
  • Milk 3.5 pints (3.0 pints)
  • Sugar 8 oz (8 oz)
  • Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
  • Tea 2 oz (not really sticking to this!)
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (1)
  • Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (12 oz)

Lunch – mushroom cup-a-soup with seeded bread

Dinner – Quorn Thai Green Curry and rice

Snack – 2 slices of seeded bread with Quorn peppered beef

Drinks – water, tea x 3, diet coke

 

Up fully after shower etc at 11.15 (actually started to get up at just gone 10.00 so it took be just over an hour to get showered and dressed), managed lunch but still no energy to do anything.  17.00 hours, managed to play some computer games, catch up on emails and read a bit. 21.30 and heading off to bed as shattered 😦
