Lunch – Mushroom cup-a-soup with seeded bread
Dinner – mushroom stir fry with noodles
Snacks – 2 slices of seeded bread with Quorn Peppered Beef
Drinks – water, tea x 4, red wine
Up early (for me) for the plumber coming, only just made my step goal, shattered all day, minor panic attack when Mark was speaking to the DWP. Lots of spasms in ankle, hip/thigh and wrist through the afternoon and evening. No "oomph" to do anything but play computer games or read.
