  • Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
  • Tea 2 oz (not really sticking to this!)
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (0.5)
  • Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (11.5 oz)

Lunch – mushroom pie, mash and veg (classed as a British Restaurant meal)

Dinner – Quorn mince and onion gravy with mash

Snacks – celery and dip

Drinks – water, tea x 2, cider x 2
