  • Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (10.5 oz)

Breakfast – none

Lunch - Vegetable cup a soup and 2 slices seeded bread. 4 slices Quorn "ham", mayonnaise, 1 large tomato, seeded bread (2), 50/50 bread (2)

Dinner - Cauliflower cheese

Snacks – mints (3), crisps (2)

Drinks – tea (2), water
