Ended up going out for lunch so a weird and wonderful day

  • Butter 6 oz (5 oz)
  • Cheese 8 oz
  • Cooking fat 4 oz (1.5 oz)
  • Milk 3 pints (2 pints)
  • Sugar 8 oz
  • Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
  • Tea 2 oz
  • Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (0.75)
  • Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (10.5 oz)

Breakfast – none

Lunch – Mushroom Stronganoff with rice

Dinner – Potatoes, Quorn Mini Kievs, mixed vegetables

Snacks – mints (6), crisps (2)

Drinks – tea (2), diet coke (3 pints), red wine (1 bottle !)
