- Milk 3 pints (2 pints)

- Preserves 1 lb every 2 months
- Tea 2 oz
- Eggs 1 fresh egg per week (0.75)
- Sweets/Candy 12 oz every 4 weeks (10.5 oz)
Breakfast – none
Lunch – Mushroom Stronganoff with rice
Dinner – Potatoes, Quorn Mini Kievs, mixed vegetables
Snacks – mints (6), crisps (2)
Drinks – tea (2), diet coke (3 pints), red wine (1 bottle !)
