Crafts and Life

I had thought I would work on a month a month, but thinking on I have decided to stick with doing a colour at a time, I basically think I am better working colour by colour and knowing that I can shove that one to one side when it is done! Half the squares have Winnie the Pooh in them and so working on all the "gold" means that I will have a fair chunk done when that is finished! I am going to try and get that done by the end of January (if I can then start on the next colour that will be even better!)

I worked on this a bit yesterday, I am still getting the orange/red colour of the medallions done, once that is done I am on the twiddly bits before the cream and finally the white! So as well as the cross stitch challenge by the end of January I would also like to have the medallions done and the collar finished as well – so that is me busy during the rest of this month!

I would have taken a photo of my knitting but as I took the photo of the needlepoint the battery symbol started flashing and so that needed to go on charge right then! But just to say it looks as though I am ready to do the next stage of it and will need help soon!

Right off to try and read some more of the January Cozy Mystery book, they pick two a month and the 2nd one of them I am struggling with but maybe I was tired and so I will give it another go now 😀
