100g Butter
150g Chocolate
100g Self Raising Flour Blend
200g Sugar
3 Eggs
Set the oven to 180C/Fan 160C/350F/Gas 4
Beat the eggs together then mix in the sugar and flour.
Gently melt together the butter and the chocolate, then stir this into the egg mixture.
Pour into 150x200mm/6×8" oiled and lined baking dish.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Cut into squares or slices before serving hot or cold.
