and trust me it isn't pretty (so there will be some dog shots to make me feel better lol!)

First off – the living room

Okay the last there was a gratuitous shot of two playing dogs (taken a week or so back), next room is the kitchen (which we go into out of the lounge)

Then the corridor from the kitchen to the bathroom AND the bathroom

Back to the kitchen and in the corner are the stairs to the two rooms upstairs, the small single room is used as OH's study (and general dumping ground – sorry love!)

and finally into the main bedroom (oh and another gratuitous dog shot!)

So as you can see various bits need sorting out, we have jobs to do sorting the fabric of the house out as well (well fabric and things like curtains etc!)

1. Polyfilla crack in study

2. Polyfilla crack in bedroom

3. Replace boiler

4. Paint study

5. Replace curtains rails and curtains in study

6. Replace/refurb sash windows

7. Replace stair/landing carpet

8. Replace curtain rail and curtain in bedroom

9. Desk in study

10. Repair decorative door casing

11. Exterior paintwork

12. Extractor fan for bathroom

13. Woodburning stove

14. Flat roof

15. Internal solid wall insulation

16. Replace damaged floorboards

17. Replace lounge curtain rail

18. Decorate whole house!

There is no particular order for those to be done, that was just us brainstorming (and some are more would like to have done rather than need to have done, but hey! if you don't have something to work towards then you never will).

So January 2014 – this is how it looks, hopefully it will all look a lot better in January 2015!
