Crafts and Life

We are all set for colder weather, we can go as far as a "Two Dog Night" :), actually from the sizes of them maybe that should be more of a one and a half dog night (looks quizically at the new pup, then the established dog, Hamish is pretty much half the size/weight of Toby! but more the correct Cairn Terrier size, Toby is a bruiser *wry grin*, dogs like their owners maybe, at the moment I, for one, am more the build of Toby and not Hamish!).  We picked Hamish up on Saturday afternoon and got him home about 18.00 hours (ish), he and Toby seemed to get on okay, yesterday morning they enjoyed a romp in our small garden and then settled down whilst Dr Wytch nipped out for an hour (I stayed with them), today has been a day of two halves, mock fighting (!) (at least I hope it was mock) and then curled up on the sofa sort of together (as per the photo above).

Hamish saw the vet nurse at lunch time and he seems to be in fine fettle (apart from one possible problem – but the vet/vet nurse weren't overly concerned at present), now if he would just be less vocal at night that would be better!
