552g pack frozen essential Waitrose 6 Coley Portions
2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
1.3 litres vegetable stock
2 nests Waitrose Medium Egg Noodles
1 red pepper, sliced
1/4 essential Waitrose Savoy Cabbage, shredded
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6.
Place the Coley portions on a baking tray and sprinkle both sides with five spice seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the noodles, pepper and cabbage and simmer, covered, for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce. Ladle into bowls and top with Coley.
