Ingredients
1 garlic clove
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sherry
1 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp pepper
0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground cloves
0.25 tsp ground anise
Method
Crush garlic; then combine with remaining ingredients.
Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
