Ingredients
1.5 tbs soy sauce
2.5 tbs Hoisin sauce
1 tbs sherry
1 tbs honey
1.5 tsp sugar
pinch 5-spice powder
Method
Combine all ingredients. Rub into pork and let stand for one hour.
