Mixed Vegetables (2)

Ingredients
Quarter lb broccoli
Quarter lb string beans
Quarter lb cabbage
Quarter lb fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbs oil
Half tsp salt
Half cup stock
1 tbs soy sauce
Method
Break broccoli into florets. Cut string beans in 1 inch sections and par boil separately.
Dice cabbage, mushrooms and onion. Crush garlic.
Heat oil. Add salt, then garlic, and stir fry a few times. Add onion, cabbage and string beans; stir fry 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir fry 2 minutes more. Add stock and soy sauce, and heat quickly. Then cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Serve at once.
