Ingredients
Stir fry mixture of choice
Par-boiled noodles
Quarter cup stock
Half tsp sugar
1.5 tbs soy or oyster sauce
Method
Prepare any stir fry mixture; leave it in the pan. Then add quarter cup stock and heat.
Arrange the par-boiled noodles over the top or the stir fried mixture. Cover pan and cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle the noodles with half a teaspoon of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of either soy or oyster sauce; then blend in well and serve.
