500g raw king prawns
250g can bamboo shoots
250g broccoli
470g button mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil
0.5 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
salt, pepper
pinch sugar
0.5 teaspoon grated ginger
1. Shell the prawns and remove the black line
2. Cut broccoli into thick pieces
3. Heat the oil in a wok and then quickly fry the prawns until they are lightly cooked (about 3 minutes)
4. Add the vegetables to the pan, toss well, mix the other ingredients together, add to the pan, bring to the boil and cook for one minute, stirring continuously.
